María, the one who’s always on her feet

There are people who never stop. Who live between shifts, hugs, school runs, and sleepless nights.
María is one of them. A nurse in Jaén, mother to Julia —the little star of her Instagram account Las aventuras de Julia— and the perfect example of that balance between tenderness and strength that only those who care for others truly master.

She told us she spends most of her day on her feet, running from one place to another in the hospital. That her feet are often the first to complain.
But she also told us something beautiful: that she likes to move lightly, to feel in balance — not only with her body, but with her rhythm of life.

“As a full-time nurse at the Neurotraumatology Hospital in Jaén, I spend many hours on my feet, constantly moving through different care units. Since I started wearing NIBO, I’ve noticed a big difference in my day-to-day life. They’re light, comfortable, and breathable, which allows me to face long shifts without pain or fatigue.
