Shipping and Delivery

Orders with products in stock are prepared and shipped within an estimated period of 24 to 72 working hours after payment confirmation.
Delivery time will depend on the destination, usually between 2 and 5 working days within mainland Spain.
For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and other EU countries, delivery times may be longer and will be indicated during the purchase process.

Some products are available for immediate shipping, while others are offered on pre-order.
In the case of pre-order items, the estimated delivery date will be clearly stated on the product page.
If any issue or delay arises in relation to that date, we will contact the customer to provide information and offer alternatives, including the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Wear and Care S.L. is not responsible for delays beyond its control (such as logistics or customs issues), although we will always work to ensure delivery is made as quickly as possible.
