Refund policy

1. Scope of Application

This policy regulates the procedure for returns and exchanges of products purchased through the official NIBO website (www.nibowear.com), managed by Wear and Care S.L. It applies to all orders placed within Spanish territory —including the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla—, as well as shipments made to countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

These conditions apply to both regular purchases and pre-sale campaigns, in which products may have different production and delivery times. Wear and Care S.L. guarantees compliance with current consumer protection laws, ensuring a transparent, fair and logistically adapted return process for each destination.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Return for Change of Mind)

In accordance with the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) and the regulations of the Generalitat of Catalonia, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase, without the need to justify the decision.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact customer service by sending an email to nibo@nibowear.com, indicating the order number and contact details.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.

  • Returns of personalised or made-to-order products will not be accepted, except in the case of a defect or error attributable to NIBO.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of product defect or shipping error.

3. Return for Defective Product or Shipping Error

If the product shows a manufacturing defect or an incorrect model or size has been received, the customer must notify NIBO within 7 calendar days of receipt. In such cases, Wear and Care S.L. will cover all transport costs for the first return, replacing the product with a new one or refunding the full amount if replacement is not possible.

The NIBO team may request photographs or additional information to assess the case before authorising the collection or replacement. Any subsequent return of the same order will be at the customer’s expense.

4. Size or Model Changes

Size or model changes will be managed as a standard return. Once the original product has been received and its condition verified, a replacement will be shipped or a refund issued, according to the customer’s preference and stock availability.

5. Return Procedure

The return process will be carried out as follows:

  1. Send an email to nibo@nibowear.com indicating the order number, reason for return and photos if applicable.

  2. NIBO will confirm receipt and authorise the return, providing shipping instructions.

  3. The customer must send the package to the address provided by NIBO.

  4. Once the product is received and verified, the refund or replacement will be processed.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product. The customer will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

In the case of pre-sale campaigns, refunds will be processed after verifying the cancellation of the order at the relevant production stage.

7. Exceptions

For reasons of hygiene, personalisation or product nature, returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used, washed or unpackaged products.

  • Personalised or made-to-order products (when previously informed).

  • Items purchased in final clearance or limited-edition campaigns marked as non-refundable.

9. Legal Basis and Jurisdiction

This returns policy complies with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, and all other applicable legislation.
In case of dispute, Spanish law shall apply, and the parties may submit to the competent courts of the consumer’s domicile or, failing that, to those of Barcelona (Spain).
